Please Read Carefully

Standard UK Delivery Information

Due to the current situation delivery times may be slightly extended.

Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday. If your order is placed before 12 noon it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day, so if your order is placed at 2pm on a Friday it will be dispatched Monday.

For all UK standard deliveries, Aqua Ozo uses DPD to fulfill all orders. 

This service is a 1-3 day tracked service from receipt of your order dispatch confirmation email. Your parcel will not fit through the standard letterbox and if no-one is available to accept your delivery, DPD will attempt to re deliver parcel a second time and may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

If this fails it will be returned to us and unfortunately there will be a further charge in order for us to ship the items to you again.

We cannot deliver on a bank holiday, so please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Please track your parcel via the tracking link received in your shipping confirmation email. As we’re unable to keep on each individual parcel, if there are any issues with your tracking information please contact us on support@aquaozo.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Returns Policy

Though we hope you’ll be happy with your order, Aqua Ozo Ltd accepts returns of unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of return postage on unwanted items.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Simply return your products within 30 days of receipt undamaged and in their original packaging. Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don’t make it back to us safely.

In reference to your returns please email  support@aquaozo.co.uk  with ‘Returns’ and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body. We will respond with further information on the returns process. Please allow 7–10 working days for us to process your refund, though please allow 3–5 working days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We do not store any card or payment details, so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges under Warranty

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aquaozo.co.uk and send your item to: Aqua Ozo Ltd, 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ, United Kingdom.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
